Hidden Gems Customs — Return & Order Policy

At Hidden Gems Customs, every item we produce is custom-made specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our work, we maintain the following return and order policy:

All Custom Orders — Final Sale
All custom printed, embroidered, laser engraved, or DTF items are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom products once production has begun.

Proof Approval Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork proofs, sizing, spelling, colors, and placement prior to production. Once approval is given, Hidden Gems Customs is not responsible for customer-approved errors.

Defective or Production Errors
If your order contains a defect or production error caused by us, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will inspect the issue and, if verified, repair or replace the affected items at our discretion.

Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for confirming garment sizes when placing orders. Due to the custom nature of production, we cannot exchange items for sizing issues.

Customer-Supplied Garments
While we take every precaution, Hidden Gems Customs is not responsible for damage to customer-supplied garments during the decoration process.

Production Variations
Minor variations in color, placement, or finish may occur due to the custom production process and are considered acceptable industry standards.

Order Pickup & Claims
All claims must be made within 5 days of order pickup or delivery. Orders not picked up within 30 days may be subject to storage or disposal.
